Central to the formula is our patented ZnO+ Mineral Care Complex, which combines ultra-fine zinc oxide with barrier-supporting niacinamide and soothing allantoin and bisabolol to effectively protect the skin from environmental stressors and restore skin health—while phytoplankton extract works to repairs damage caused by UV exposure.

Squalane
Squalane is a lightweight emollient derived from squalene that closely mimics the skin's natural sebum (oil), making it highly biocompatible and easily absorbed. It helps strengthen the skin barrier by filling in microscopic 'gaps', creating a smoother, more supple complexion while reducing water loss. Squalane is also an excellent carrier for actives, improving their absorption into the skin. While it was once derived from shark liver oil, modern squalane is typically derived from plants, such as sugar cane or olive trees.
Milk Protein
Rich in amino acids, milk protein helps hydrate and condition the skin by forming a protective film that locks in moisture. It promotes a smoother, even-toned complexion and can help soothe visible signs of inflammation and skin irritation. Avena sativa (oat) kernel extract
Often referred to as colloidal oatmeal, oat kernel extract is a finely milled powder made from whole oat kernels. It is rich in beta-glucans and avenanthramides, compounds known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Frequently used in dermatological products for eczema and rosacea due to its calming and reparative properties, it soothes itching, reduces redness and dryness, and improves moisture retention.
Micronized Zinc Oxide
A broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen filter that reflects both UVA and UVB rays. Our micronized size of zinc oxide offers improved cosmetic elegance, providing a less chalky, more blendable texture without compromising on protection. Marine Phytoplankton Extract
Derived from microscopic marine algae that dwell near the ocean's surface— where sunlight and UV radiation are most intense—phytoplankton extract is rich in amino acids, minerals and antioxidants. To survive in such harsh conditions, these organisms have developed a sophisticated defense system, producing protective enzymes called photolyases. Niacinamide
Also known as vitamin B3, niacinamide is a multitasking, clinically-backed ingredient with numerous skin benefits.
