These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and SunsolveMD Inc (“SunsolveMD”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in United States under company number (+1) 392-334-8396, with its registered office at 200 Continental Drive, Suite 401, Newark Delaware 19713.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website www.sunsolvemd.co.uk (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of our products (the “Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By using the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase Products.
- Eligibility & Use of Site
By using the Site or purchasing Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of England and Wales. You must not use the Site or purchase Products for resale or export.

We collect and process personal data including your name, contact details, and payment information to process orders and manage your account, comply with our legal obligations, provide customer support, and send marketing communications (where consent is provided).

- Products and Orders
Product Availability & Description
We aim to keep all product descriptions and imagery accurate. However, we do not guarantee that information is error-free. We reserve the right to update Product details at any time and to cancel orders for unavailable or mispriced items.
Payment & Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be added during checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, ClearPay).
- Delivery
We aim to dispatch Products promptly and deliver them within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. However, delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
- Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your Products.
To qualify for a return:
- Notify us within 14 days via hello@sunsolvemd.com
- Return Products within 14 days of notifying us
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase
We will process your refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- User Accounts
You must keep your account information and password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately using contact information in Section 15.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, software, logos, and videos—is owned or licensed by SunsolveMD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
- User Content
If you post or upload any content (reviews, photos, etc.) to our Site or social platforms:
- You grant SunsolveMD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display such content
- You warrant that you have the rights to share such content
- You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

You must not:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or systems
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) on the Site
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunsolve MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit or data, or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site or Products.
Our total liability to you for any direct losses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Products.
- Product Warranties
If a Product is defective or incorrect, contact our customer service team within 28 days for a replacement or refund. The Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Refunds and replacements are subject to our inspection.
- Third-Party Services
We may integrate with or link to third-party services including:
- Shopify
- Klarna
- Recharge
- Okendo
Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. SunsolveMD is not liable for third-party service failures or actions.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Informal Resolution
In the first instance, please contact us to resolve any disputes.
Mediation
If not resolved informally, either party may request mediation through an accredited UK alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
Legal Proceedings
If resolution is not reached, disputes may be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Site.
