Sunsolve MD, a Delaware corporation, sells a line of cosmetics with a sun protection factor to help protect users’ skin against the harms from exposure to ultraviolet rays of the sun.  Customers are able to purchase products from Sunsolve MD using the e-commerce website it operates (the Site).  Also, Sunsolve MD has a presence on the following social media platforms:  Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit and Tumblr.
  2. In this policy, Sunsolve MD is referred to as “Sunsolve MD,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

We Collect and Uses of the Personal Information.

Information Collected from Website Visitors. We may collect the following personal information from Site visitors:

Information Collected Using its Social Media Accounts.  We may collect information you post on our social media pages, including your username on the social media platform to which you submit a post.  We use our social media accounts to market our products, obtain customer feedback to improve our products, communicate with customers, and understand customer preferences.

Personal Information of Minors

Our Site is intended for use by adults 18 years and older.  We do not market or sell products or services to minors or knowingly collect personal information from children under age 18.  If you believe that we have inadvertently gathered personal information about a minor, please write to us at the contact information in Section 2 above, and we will remove it.

Notice to California Residents About “Do Not Track” Settings

Under California law, online service providers must say in their privacy policies how they respond to “do not track” settings that users can set in their browser software.  Currently, there is no standard governing what, if anything, a website operator should do when receiving a “do not track” signal.  Consequently, we do not currently take action in response to a “do not track” browser setting. We will revise this policy if an industry standard regarding “do not track” settings emerges.

  • We may share your personal information with vendors or outsource service providers that help us provide the Site and products to our clients, or that assist with support functions such as marketing, billing, payment card processing, and data analysis.  We will require any such vendors or service providers to manage your personal information with privacy and security safeguards consistent with this privacy policy.

  • We are committed to securing your personal information.  In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information, we have implemented industry standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure the personal information we collect using our Site or social media accounts.
  • While we collect payment information to complete customer product purchases, we do not ourselves receive or store customers payment information.  A web page from our Site prompts customers to submit payment information to pay for products.  Nonetheless, that web page redirects customers to our payment gateway service, which processes payments.  Communications with the payment gateway page are encrypted.  We have no access to your payment information.

Making Choices About the Personal Information We Collect

You may choose to access or restrict use of personal information collected from you in the following ways:

  • If you would like to access the personal information we have about you, or make any corrections or updates to it, please send your request to us using the contact information in Section 2 above.  Please keep in mind that we may have a legal right or obligation to preserve personal information as it currently exists.
  • When we seek your consent on a web form, we offer an option to not have personal information used for direct marketing purposes.
